3CPS were responsible for the project management of four production plants with capital value of over €100m throughout Europe between 2000 and 2019 with a total capacity of 2million tonnes of production. 3CPS acted as project managers and controlled the design and delivery team including process engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers and other professionals. A particular aspect of this project was that the procurement was carried out on a package basis to achieve maximum value for the client and 3CPS were at the centre of managing the contractor interfaces and the equipment deliveries. All of the projects were completed on time and to budget. The appointment of 3CPS was from concept to completion.
3CPS was enlisted by their client to project manage the development of a large scale Business Park in Ireland consisting of 20 individual units. The latest phase of the development will include 4 small purpose built industrial units and a large food distribution centre. The appointment of 3CPS was from Concept to completion.
